Hello and thank you for stopping by my fitness blog! I've began a journey as of March 1st, 2012 to live a healthier life. I've always been overweight so it's kind of all I know, but i'm sick of it and ready for a change (for the better). To reach my goals I will be eating better, getting active, and doing zumba for my exercise four times a week! I will reblog anything that I find motivating, post my own motivation, and hopefully help others who are on this journey with me. My ask box is always open so send me a message anytime you'd like!
